With over two decades of experience specializing in artists aged 5-25, I am a dedicated talent manager with a deep passion for discovering and nurturing young actors in Hollywood. My journey into talent management began in 2003 when my six-year-old son was discovered by an acting coach and introduced to top Hollywood Agent Cindy Osbrink. Kurt quickly made a name for himself, booking over 30 national commercials and landing roles in television shows such as "According to Jim," "ER," "Scrubs," "The Goldbergs," and "Young Sheldon." He also starred as a series regular on "Ruby and the Rockits" alongside Austin Butler and David Cassidy and appeared in films like "Knucklehead" with Melora Hardin and "Role Models" starring Paul Rudd and Seann William Scott. 

Soon after arriving in Hollywood, I began working at a boutique management office, where I discovered my true calling - developing and supporting young actors and their families. After more than fifteen years of helping to develop upcoming stars and inspired by my experiences as the mother of a working actor, I decided to pursue my own path. Founding Doss Talent in 2019 with a mission to empower young actors and their families to navigate the complexities of the industry, offering them the tools, support and opportunities they need to succeed.

Doss Talent has built a robust roster of clients who have appeared in award nominated and winning shows such as "Mad Men," "Shameless," "Suburgatory," "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend," "Man With a Plan," "Fresh Off the Boat," "Marvel's Runaways," "Lovecraft Country," "Unbelievable," "Made For Love," and many more. My clients have also had lead and supporting roles in notable films, including Tim Burton's "Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children," the Robert Rodriguez film "We Can Be Heroes," and "21 Bridges" with Chadwick Boseman. Some of their prominent voiceover work includes lead roles in "Doug Unplugs" for DreamWorks, "Little People" for Universal Kids, "Dear Squad" on Nick Jr., "Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures" for Disney+, and an upcoming series regular for DreamWorks. Doss Talent clients have been nominated for Young Artist Awards and a Children and Family Emmy. My roster of exceptional talent continues to thrive, with appearances on screen in movies such as "Sweetwater" with Jeremy Piven, "Cheaper By the Dozen" with Gabrielle Union, and TV shows such as "Shining Vale," "Gordita Chronicles," "Pretty Freekin Scary," and "General Hospital."

I take pride in my accessibility and unwavering commitment to my clients and their families. I collaborate closely with top children's talent agencies, including Osbrink, CESD, LA Talent, DDO, Mavrick, AKA, and others, to ensure my clients receive the best opportunities across TV, film, commercials, voiceover, print, and theater. My approach is rooted in integrity, patience, and a genuine passion for the craft, as I guide my artists through the ups and downs of the entertainment industry.
