When Ashley first moved to Los Angeles, in 2001, she was working for a talent management company specializing in young actors. The challenge of developing and guiding other young stars is where she found her passion for the industry. After 16 years of learning all about the ups, downs and in-betweens of Hollywood as a manager and the mom of a working actor, Ashley decided to take her roster to the next level. In 2019, she opened Doss Talent. She's been a guide and a loyal manager helping young artists grow their careers, ever since.
